Darryl is a Kai-Zen Principal with over 20 years of experience as a value creation specialist with proven abilities to grow businesses exponentially, develop and implement systems, analyze and leverage business drivers, and enhance stakeholders’ value. He has extensive knowledge in crafting executable strategies, mergers and acquisitions, and providing advisory services to boutique investment firms, small to large businesses, and high net worth investors. He has directly acquired, operated, and divested numerous entities while generating each of them significant value.

Throughout these experiences, Darryl has developed the ability to approach any challenge utilizing a holistic perspective focused on creating true value. He has successfully utilized this approach with opportunities ranging from Billion dollar acquisitions to optimizing operational processes for small businesses across a myriad of industries.

Darryl graduated from the University of Toronto School of Business with an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Finance and Management. He graduated summa cum laude from the University of Miami School of Business with his Master of Business Administration degree. Darryl is also a CFA® Charterholder.
