Jorge is a seasoned executive with over 20 years of corporate experience in  senior executive management positions and 10 years in private practice as an  independent consultant.  He possesses a strong background in leadership  positions from Chief Financial Officer and Chief Information Officer to General Manager, with Fortune 100 companies IBM, PepsiCo and American Express.  In these positions, Jorge successfully ran operations while launching and developing new businesses throughout the globe at an enterprise level.

With a philosophy that starts with developing the right analysis and plan, Jorge brings his organized techniques, processes, experience and personal global relationships to the table in every transaction.  Over the last 10 years, he has successfully helped small and large companies penetrate and develop new opportunities both at home and  abroad.  He has also provided detailed analysis and conclusions that allowed companies to not invest needlessly in opportunities that had limited or no potential.

Having lived and worked in Latin America and Europe for many years, Jorge not only speaks multiple languages, but engages and executes at a global level to mediate those differences and bridge the gaps between cultures and ways of doing business.  Like the entire Kai-Zen team, Jorge prides himself on the highest of ethics and integrity, while guaranteeing to deliver the maximum value in every project he engages.
