Uba graduated from the University of Texas A&M with a Masters in Business Administration (MBA), Masters of Science (Industrial Engineering) and Bachelor of Science (Industrial Engineering). He and his wife, Tammy, have three children, Joaquin, Eduardo and Daniel.
